The analyser utilizes packed-column gas chromatography with Thermal Conductivity Detection (TCD) and advanced column-switching technology to achieve precise separation and quantification of target components. Robust diaphragm valves with internal purge technology significantly extend valve lifetime and reduce maintenance requirements compared with conventional rotary valves.
Designed for continuous operation, the PGA delivers analysis results within 7 minutes with repeatability better than 1% RSD and detection limits down to 25 ppm. The system is fully compliant with ASTM D1946, ASTM D2504, and ASTM D2505 standards, making it suitable for both laboratory and process monitoring applications.
